My amazing clients are one of the reasons why I love doing what I do. When they feel good or when they're getting stronger and achieving new milestones towards their fitness goals, that's where I'm happy!
Growing up, I wasn’t a fitness enthusiast. At 16, my lifestyle was far from healthy. I regularly consumed alcohol, partied, and spent weekends out and about.
However, at 22, I decided to take my life seriously. I hit the gym, dove into nutrition education, and quickly became addicted to the positive changes I saw in my body.
It makes me happy to help other girls better themselves and have done so even before I became a full-time personal trainer. One of my goals is to help others understand that the causes of their health and fitness problems can be overcome with some simple lifestyle changes.
My mission is to foster confidence, vitality, and well-being, ensuring every woman achieves her goals and experiences a profound positive impact on her life.

I'VE TRANSFORMED MY OWN BODY.
NOW I'M HERE TO HELP YOU
TRANSFORM YOURS TOO!

The girl on the left?
She was clueless about fitness and nutrition.
I used to see pictures of girls in great shape and think, ‘That will never be me.’ A fit body seemed like an impossible goal, so why bother starting? Little did I know that the woman on the right in those photos would become my future self.
The key difference between those two pictures?
Getting started!
I was slightly overweight and have been trying to exercise to lose some fat and also gain some muscle. The problem I had was no consistency or guidance. I lacked the self confidence to ask for help thinking they would judge me for it.
The struggle was REAL, I felt LOST and depressed. I feel like I had to starve myself to lose weight and it doesn't feel sustainable. Until I had the courage to finally ask for HELP.
Let me tell you, Best decision of my life!
It felt so incredibly difficult until it just wasn't anymore. I know how weird that sounds, but I asked myself the same question once and now that I have most of it behind me, I'm like "why the heck didn't I do this 6 years ago!". TBH, I felt frustrated that I didn't do the things I know now earlier. But you live and you learn right?
My fitness journey is PROOF that you don’t need special skills, a sports background, or good genetics to embrace a healthy lifestyle. All it takes is hard work and determination.
Remember that progress begins with that first step!
